The Certification program is designed to produce World Class Trainers. This training program consists of a minimum of 31 days of covering all areas of facilitation, coaching and presentation.
This Certification is not for the faint-hearted. It involves many grueling days of training both personal and in front of groups. It can take someone with very little experience in front of groups and transforms them into a powerful, impactful presenter who captivates audiences, provides tremendous value and is in high demand. With grace and ease, Certification allows the student to transform and become a global player in education and business consulting.

The Dynamic Impact™ course is open to the public to participate in as an individual course. All the other programs are available only to those going through certification. These classes are much, much smaller than all the other classes allowing for much more personal coaching time and one-on-one work with the trainers in the room.
The other trainings are prerequisites for the final 7-day Certification course although there is no particular order in which they must be taken.
DYNAMIC IMPACT™ - Powerful PresentationsDynamic Impact™ is the introduction program to the style of experiential facilitation. It is a four day program and includes some of the principles of the other core courses although it focuses more on presentation and on creating a powerful presence.
TRANSBEING™ - Multi-Dimension ExpansionTransBeing™ is teaches the skill of modeling to expand the student's ability to move between different roles instantly as needed. Through study of great speakers, comics, actors and using creativity the student is able to transform their being at will.
MESMERIZEME™ - Surprise, Impact and PresenceMesmerizeMe™ allows the students to experience the power of technology to dramatically improve their events and shares with them some of the cutting edge tools in computers to create products, expand their presence and gain recognition in the industry. The student will also use props, stories and other devices to draw audiences into the palm of their hands.
KRYSTALKLEAR™ - Communication with PurposeKrystalKlear™ covers the ability of a student to deliver their information with the ability of orators of legend; Julius Caesar, Martin Luther King, Jr, John F. Kennedy, Gandhi, Elizabeth I. It covers tonality, the words selected and the body language to move together in sync.
POWERPLAY™ - Creating Games as Teaching ToolsPowerplay™ is one of the most outrageous and fun programs in the certification. It is full of creativity, passion and challenges as students learn how to create impactful games to move their audience in different direction and get to practice them out in the training room.
FEROCIOUS FACILITATION™ - Coaching To BreakthroughsFerocious Facilitation™ is a three-day training that introduces ten different archetypes of facilitation. Each archetype allows the facilitator a different way to support, empower and uplift their students. If you want to work with students in an interactive environment and allow them to maximize their learnings, then Ferocious Facilitation will allow you to stretch, grow and maximize your communication abilities so your students become stark raving fans.
SPEAK 4 LIFE™ - Building a Speaking BusinessSpeak 4 Life™ is the business building program that takes all the lessons up to this point and wraps them up in a solid business mindset and teaches the students how to take these lessons and to turn this lucrative opportunity into the lifestyle they desire.
EXPERIENTIAL FACILITATOR™ CERTIFICATION - Graduation ClassThis is the graduation class and consists of seven grueling days of practice, rigor, attention to details. The numbers during graduation are kept small so each student can have maximum time with the lead trainers/facilitators. Previous graduates are invited back to be part of the panel to approve certification. Certification is by no means guaranteed and a high level of expertise, competence and professionalism is required to pass. Many students repeat the earlier classes a number of times before being ready for Certification.

Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellation Policy
Certification members receive substantial discounts from the regular prices of the programs. If a fully-paid certification member requests a refund, they will be given a full refund less the full market prices as determined on the website for every program that they were eligible to attend since they enrolled. As money is spent to run each event, the certification tuition paid is deemed earned at the time of an event being run. The balance will then be returned to the student within 90 days of it being requested in writing.
Installment Defaults
If a certification member is paying in installments and stops paying for any reason
* They will have 90 days to bring their account up to date.
* During this time they will be ineligible to attend any courses until their tuition is brought up to date.
* If at the end of 90 days they wish to remain a certification member they will be charged the then market price for the certification membership less monies paid to date.
* Should they no longer wish to be a member, then they will be billed for the full market value of the trainings taken less any tuition paid to date. Any surplus will be mailed within 90 days.
* Should they not pay the balance within 90 days, legal action will be initiated to recover lost income.
Financial Frontier is serious about meeting the highest quality of programs available for its students and it expects its students to remain in integrity with the installment agreements made..
Course Transfer Policy
At certain events there will be a limited number of seats (normally up to 30%) available for certification members. If you have reserved one of these seats and then cannot make it and fail to send a request in writing to Client Care one month prior to the event there is a $100 transfer charge.
Seat Transfer Policy
A certification member may NOT give their seat for a training to another person under any circumstances.
