Those arriving after 9:00 a.m. may be admitted at the next break.
Registration: 8:15am - 9:00 am
Day 1: 9:00 am SHARP - 11:00pm
Day 2: 9:00 am SHARP - 11:00pm
Day 3: 9:00 am SHARP - ~7:00pm

Due to the long hours and high energy nature of the events it is recommended you stay on site or within ten minutes of this location.

What to Wear

Please dress comfortably, business casual. That being said, you have a brand that is you. You may want to dress like you would expect others to see you. Please do NOT wear any fragrances such as perfume, cologne, after-shave, essential oils, or aromatherapy. We want to be sensitive to all our students who have allergies to fragrances. Thank you.


Cancellations and Transfers

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel from the time of registering to 90 days before the original, registered event you may get a full refund less a $100 processing fee, 89-60 days there is a a 25% penalty, 60-30 days 50% penalty, 30-15 days there is a 75% penalty. Within fifteen days you may only transfer the event to another time. If you have any further questions, please email Client Care at clientcare@frontiertrainings.com or call during office hours at 909 578 5824.

Transfer Policy

If you wish to transfer to an event held later, you may do by sending a request in writing to Client Care one month prior to the event. If you wish to transfer an event within one month of the start date there is a $100 transfer charge.
