Background
I grew up in Australia and was a member of the Boy Scouts. I acquired the Queen Scout (equivalent of the Eagle Scout in the US) and loved the outdoors and going hiking. I fortunately have excellent hiking genes. I am tall with a long stride, agile and have a hearty constitution. My best hike was thirty five miles with a full pack in 1994 when I was hiking around England. When I arrived in the US I did not go hiking very much and it was not until Brian Tracy invited me to go hiking with him that I got back into hiking and being outdoors again. I trained Mark Victor Hansen and Bob Allen for the My Whitney Hike of which Bob climbed to the top.
After recently taking up skiing and having a access to a friend's 22' Catalina sailboat I decided to expand the 'Hiking with the Masters' program to cover all types of outdoor activities where the group can discuss business, investments and life. We record the events in case we have any gem we wish to include in future events. Recordings are made available to the participants. There is a schedule posted below for upcoming events so if you are interested in coming along send an email and come join us in Skiing, Sailing, Hiking and Camping.

Hiking in Ojai
|
One of our favorite locations to go hiking is in Ventura County. There is a secret location that we go in which we hike up a river for three hours and come to a series of spectacular waterfalls that the general public will never see. The hike is challenging as you are walking, wading and swimming up the stream. There are times when we are climbing up rock faces and ropes however the views and incredible rock formations are amazing. The earth actually folds in on itself and it looks like the world fell over.
The final challenge is when we get to the waterfall. The jump is optional but the overcoming of fear is incredible. As you can see by the picture to the left (yes that is a person standing on the ledge!) it ain't no small feat. So come join us for incredible hiking, physical challenges and business breakthroughs. |
